BMe Yoga offers a membership plan that’s completely dedicated to alignment based yoga. If you are new, you’ll gain experience in anatomy alignment for healing. And if you are experienced, you’ll get that too:). For Rachel, it’s all about the alignment so healing can happen today, not one day.
The BMe Memberships are currently booked up and a waiting list has begun. We highly encourage you to email or ring to get on the list. Many folks keeps their memberships even if leaving town to hold their spots, however, new classes are being added and considered.
If you wish to join via zoom an already existing class, you can do so for Saturday’s class. This option started for all class’s as a remedy during covid times and really took off for all the out of towner’s that wished this option was available years ago, hence why the Saturday option is still available:)
