Tuesdays
9:00-10:15 AM  “Retired, but don’t want to be tired” Yoga (Great for beginners and intermediate)
5:45-7:00 PM  “Post Work Work-Out” Yoga  (30-55 year olds that are feeling ok, but want to feel amazing!)
Wednesdays
9:00-10:15 AM  Go Deeper with your understanding of Alignment Yoga  (intermediate)

Thursdays
9:00-10:15 AM  “Retired, but don’t want to be tired” Yoga (Great for beginners and intermediate)

5:30 – 6:45 PM    Nancy provides a balance of work and sweet restoration with a focus on flowing Sun Salutations and Savasana as we wrap up the day.

Saturdays
9:00-10:15 AM  Focus. Form. And Action   (intermediate to advanced.  Not recommend for the beginner beginner)
