Orange Pumice Soap
A simple switch

Clean skin. A comfortable finish.

Some cleansers can leave skin feeling tight or stripped. Our traditionally made soap takes a different approach: a rich lather, with extra conditioning oils left in the finished bar.

Time makes a difference.

Traditional cold processing and a slow cure give each small batch time to become a lasting, everyday bar.

More than a clean feeling.

We leave a little extra oil in the finished soap to help make the wash feel comfortable. That’s what “superfat” means.

A scent with a source.

Pure essential oils give our scented bars their character. Prefer no added scent? Choose an intentionally unscented bar.

Every ingredient.
A reason to be here.

Every oil, essential oil and botanical has a purpose. The base oils create the bar; extra conditioning oils contribute to its comfortable feel; essential oils and selected botanicals give each recipe its own character.

A note from Rachel

“I started asking questions
before it was popular.”

In 1998, I started looking closely at what was being used in everyday body-care products. At the time, almost nobody around me was talking about it.

Since 1999, that conviction has guided Blue Moon Elise. We make practical, traditionally crafted body care for people who want to remove unnecessary synthetic ingredients from the products they use every day—without having to become formulators themselves.

Real people. Everyday favorites.

The best part? You.

On your shelf. In your shower. Part of your everyday.

Good to know

A few little
questions.

Everything you might be wondering before you make it part of your day.

What does Orange Pumice Soap smell like?
Its scent profile is bright, citrusy and clean, created with pure sweet orange essential oil rather than synthetic fragrance.
Does it contain synthetic fragrance?
No. Blue Moon Elise soaps are scented with pure essential oils, never synthetic fragrance.
What does “cold process” mean?
Our bars are made using a traditional Appalachian cold-process method, then cured for more than eight weeks. This helps preserve the quality of the natural plant oils and creates a long-lasting bar.
How should I store the bar between uses?
Keep the bar on a well-draining soap dish or soap net and allow it to dry fully between uses.
How long will one bar last?
On average, one bar lasts one person about a month. Actual bar life varies with use and storage, and allowing it to dry completely between uses will help it last longer.
Can I choose more than one of the same soap?

Yes. Choose four different bars, four of your favorite, or any combination in between.

Better together
