About the plant:

Peppermint is a small, bushy herb, with fragrant leaves. The most common use for Peppermint herb is as a tea. Historically, the therapeutic properties of Peppermint have been mainly used for digestive complaints. The Arvensis type has high levels of natural menthol crystals which solidify in cold weather.

 

How to use essential oils:

  • Diffuse: Use a few drops in your essential oil diffuser.
  • Internal: One drop to 4oz. of liquid to enhance immunity.
  • Topical: Apply 1-2 drops with another oil such as coconut or olive oil, to prevent any skin irritation, and rub on desired area. Or add to your face cleanser, after shave for an extra kick!
  • Home: Mix a few drops with water and use a spray bottle to clean surfaces.

 

Blends well with: Basil, Cedarwood, Coriander, Lavender, Orange, and Ylang Ylang.
